Quick bullets of what this project seeks to achieve
- Propose a new
Trade System that involvesno money , and instead uses aFair Point System © orFPS - In this FPS, the trading-tokens are called
Fair Points © orFP , instead of money or currency or coins, such as Dollars, Pounds or Euros - This FPS Trade System comes of course with a new
economy and all its dynamics as well - Unlike traditional currency,
- FP consist of only integer numbers (rounded, no decimals, no cents)
- is digital only (no physical coins or notes)
- all FP is administered in a central location (I did not say "the government", or "a central bank", I think it better be administered by a neutral and independent organisation that everyone can trust)
(and the next two are very new, and maybe scary for most people) - all FP is registered to a person or an organisation -- no more anynomous trading-tokens
- all FP registrations is public and readable by everyone (like it also is in blockchain technologies) -- meaning everyone can see the accumulated 'wealth' of any other person or organisation (no problem right? as FP are only related to how much work (value-add) you have managed to do)
- The main goal of the Fair Point System is to cut out all perverse stimulants and effects of the current money system, including:
- no need to
steal , commitfraud or tofalsify money --everyone can easily earn enough FP to make a comfortable living - no need to become
rich (millionairs, billionairs), or to secure enough money to be able to survive and have comfortable life --everyone can easily earn enough FP to make a comfortable living - no need to
work hard to only hardly make a living (to only "survive ", and not to "live life") --everyone can easily earn enough FP to make a comfortable living - no need to
produce/sell drugs , no need forhuman trafficking , no need for (involuntary)prostitution --everyone can easily earn enough FP to make a comfortable living - no need to take
loans , pay rediculous amounts ofinterest , be forced to payback at times where you just cannot payback --everyone can easily earn enough FP to make a comfortable living - there is no more large
wage differences (difference between the highest paid person and the lowest paid person in an organisation), and no morewage inequality (persons doing the same work but get paid differently), higher that a factor 5 (five), and no need for this --everyone can easily earn enough FP to make a comfortable living - Oh, and did I mention "
everyone can easily earn enough FP to make a comfortable living " ? - The FPS would have these unique and innovative (and mind-blowing) properties:
- All
prices are set by a democratic process (no more price determination by market forces, scarsity, or supply/demand volumes)
-- therefore there will be no need anymore for stock exchanges and such articial markets - The build-up of every price tag on every product or service is made explicit and public -- you can see what you are paying for
- Anything we find in and on our planet, any raw materials, any mining product, any plants, animals that we use or eat, anything is always
free -- when someone or an organisation turns these materials into a product, then the price of that product is solely made up from the time spent - they only way to earn FP is to
work , or maybe better put: "to add value" (add value to society)
-- therefore all FP is always based on time (on work, on value-add) - all loans have a fixed low interest rate (determined by democratic process)
- If you buy a kilo of apples at the store, then the price (in FP) is made up of all work that has gone into getting those apples there, including the grower, the transporter, the warehouse, the grocery store, and all people involved, and only be the amount of time (work) they need to do to handle all this.
- As a result of how FPS works, the
price levels will drop by a factor of 5 (or more, estimated), because the price levels in FPS will not contain: - price of raw materials
- premium of all companies in the production chain that are added to the price so they can accumulate money (get rich)
- price increase because of inefficiencies as a result of intransparancy
- no (excessive) cost for interest
